Arvada Harvest Festival Parade

The 2010 "9/11 Remembrance Run - America Goes the Distance" is the third annual event to benefit Operation Restoration, the therapeutic outreach to military, veterans and their families from Lost and Found, Inc.

The 9/11 Remembrance Run will start and finish at Memorial Park, 7365 W. 59th Avenue in Arvada.  It features a 10 and 20 mile timed marathon training race along the Ralston and Clear Creek Trails.  It also offers a family-friendly and competitive 5k race - which this year will begin at Memorial Park, go south up to Ralston Road and course westbound along Ralston just before the start of the Arvada Harvest Festival Parade!  Now that's patriotic!

The runners and walkers will celebrate their finishes with food, music, a Patriotic Rally and prizes.  KYGO is the media sponsor, and the Patriotic Guard Riders will post along the race course to show their support for our runners, walkers and the military, veterans and families we support.  Participants may register online here.
