It is our pleasure to invite you to be a part of this year’s Arvada Harvest Festival. Below you will find a vendor space application form for your signature and a copy of the rules and regulations for booth operations for your information

The location of the 2011 Festival is in Olde Town Arvada. We will have check-in and booth set-up on Friday, September 9, from 1:00 p.m. on and there will be personnel on site if you need assistance in finding your space. Note that festival days are Friday, Saturday, & Sunday. Please remember that we rent the space only and it is up to you to design and transport your booth. No refunds will be made because of inclement weather during the festival.

Our operating hours will be as follows:

Day Date Hours

Friday September 9th 5 pm to 10:30 p.m.

Saturday September 10th 11 am to 10:30 p.m.

Sunday September 11th 11 am to 5 pm

Please mail back your application and checks or money orders as soon as possible as earlier postmarks are considered while assigning booth locations. If you’re planning to serve food, be mindful that the Jefferson County Health Department requires that their paperwork must be returned to them 15 days prior to the event. Also, all food booths will be required to have their own fire extinguishers, so please check the Rules and Regulations for Booth Operations to determine the appropriate kind and size you will need. Reservation confirmation with a map indicating your booth location will be mailed to you approximately one week before the festival. Electrical power from portable generators will be available only during operating hours indicated above. Note also that the midway is very dark at night so it is essential that you provide some form of booth illumination.
