Arvada Harvest Festival Parade

Everyone LOVES a parade! and everyone wants to be IN a parade!  Even before the excitement of the Arvada Harvest Festival Parade has worn off, we'll be having a KID'S PARADE at the McIlvoy Park Pavilion at Ralston Road and Upham Street.  Make your way over to the pavilion by 2:45pm Saturday, September 11, 2010 to register your kids for THEIR parade!  Everyone, ages 12 and under, are eligible to participate.  The KID'S PARADE will begin at 3:30pm.

“Patriotism” categories includes Stars and Stripes of all types and styles.  Decorated Pets, decorated bikes, trikes, wagons, or scooters will all be fun to see. Trophies will be awarded to the 1st Place winner in each category. Ribbons and cash prizes will go to the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Place winners in each category. In addition, there will be prizes for the Crowd Pleaser and Best Overall participant. Everyone will be a winner with a participant ribbon, certificate, and treat bag.
