2011 Parade Application
Directions
A copy of the application will be available for download after our planning April 26th 2012 to your computer for you to print. Simply fill out the application and mail it to the address shown on the form. The deadline for submitting parade applications is to be determined after our April 25th planning meeting. Upon receipt of the application, parade rules will be sent to you for your signature. Your signed agreement to the parade rules will be your confirmation of participation in the 2012 Arvada Harvest Festival Parade.
